After decades of trying every modality, cleaning up bad habits, lifestyle changes, endless trainings and coaches, I found myself exhausted. Having hit at an emotional bottom and frustrated by my experiences with the distortions from the New Age community and “spiritual” guru’s, the deeper knowing that I there was more to the conditioned patterns of life kept me in the inquisition of- “is this all there is?” After spending 20+ years in leadership, management, mentoring CEOS, agency life, fashion, sales, and identity marketing, and through the timing of frequency work finding me to assist in me clearing enough my own BS, I was able to come online. Now connected to a deeper purpose of authentic impact —helping others awaken through Quantum Psychosomatics. Honing my innate ability to lead and catalyze change I founded Superfreq® —awakening for the next gen— where I work as a conduit helping others see and connect to themselves from a very different perspective. While many may not understand this work yet, those who do will experience life-changing benefits-- this spooky action at a distance is indeed very "FREQY"

As the founder of Superfreq®, I arrived at a crossroads despite my success as a branding expert helping clients find their true voice. Something felt like it was missing, and I was yearning for more. So, I made a bold decision to put everything in storage and travel the world, immersing myself in studying higher consciousness, quantum mechanics & physics, while continuing to clear my own patterns. This journey led to me finally "coming online" and finding my true purpose--guiding the next gen to themselves through quantum based frequency work, I call Quantum Psychosomatics.
With my newfound understanding, Superfreq emerged to empower the next generation to stop playing small and to awaken to their full potential. Our mission is to provide a supportive community for curious, old souls, and wild hearts seeking more access to themselves, while decoding reality, and unpacking who we are and why we're here. We believe that everyone deserves to have it all, and that the answers you seek are seeking you in return.
